Welcome to Alpha4. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Rebel Up LLC (“Alpha4,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By creating an account, subscribing, or using Alpha4, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our services.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States.
  • You must create an account to use Alpha4. Account sharing is not allowed — one account per user.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion if you violate these Terms.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually until canceled.
  • You can cancel anytime through your account settings.
  • Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase. After that, all payments are non-refundable.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe or PayPal — we don’t store your card details.

3. Permitted Use

You agree to use Alpha4 only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute our data or content
  • Reverse-engineer our software or services
  • Use Alpha4 in a way that violates any laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

4. Intellectual Property

  • All content, features, software, trademarks, and data on Alpha4 are owned by Rebel Up LLC.
  • This includes user-generated content like emails, comments, and submissions.
  • You may not publicly share, republish, or distribute Alpha4 content without our permission.

5. SMS & Email Communications

By signing up, you agree to receive marketing and service-related emails and text messages from Alpha4.

  • SMS messages are sent through Klaviyo and Attentive.
  • Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.
  • You can opt out anytime by replying STOP to text messages or using unsubscribe links in emails.

6. No Financial Advice

Alpha4 provides financial data and insights for informational purposes only. Nothing on Alpha4 should be considered financial, investment, or trading advice. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions.

7. “As-Is” Disclaimer

Alpha4 is provided “as is” and “as available” with no guarantees of accuracy, reliability, or profitability. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Rebel Up LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • We are not responsible for lost profits, trading losses, or other financial damages.
  • Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.
  • Any disputes must be resolved in the courts of Louisiana.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll post an updated version here with a new date. By continuing to use Alpha4, you agree to the updated Terms.
